In each & every marketing policy, there are some rules and regulations and laws. You need strictly follow the rules & laws. So best thing is that 1st take classes and give exam. After certification only you will get the valid license to become real estate agent.

Relationship is the thing that you should maintain here. And remember other real- estate broker should not interfere with your clients. And each and every contract should be legally.
