The word 'debt' has become a household term for many of us in recent years. But the question is what the different types of debt are? Well, to make things a little easier to understand, we're going to split the different types of debt into two categories: priority debts and non-priority debts.

The judicial process to collect debts in the United States is relatively simple and little difference in general civil cases. After establishing the authenticity of the debt, is presented in the appropriate court, if an individual where the debtor resides.
